Do you take credit/debit cards?
Yes. You can pay by either credit or debit card both through our secure online shopping basket system or over the telephone if you prefer.






Is your site secure?
Yes. Once you enter our checkout process, the site uses industry standard encryption to ensure the protection of your card details. This can be verified by the https:// in the address bar at the top, and in most web browsers a padlock is shown to signify the site is secured.
Also, once processed, your card details are no longer stored by us.

Can I order the prints by telephone?
Yes you can. Please call 01377 338040. It helps if you are still looking at the website so you can easily give us the image numbers.


What exactly am I getting for my money?
You are getting a genuine photograph produced on high quality Fuji paper by professional lab. These are just like you would get when you have your pictures developed. Note, we DO NOT supply any pictures produced on cheap paper with an inkjet printer unlike some.

All our reprints are professionally produced by UK photographic lab using state of the art Fuji Digital Imaging (FDI) machines, These hi-tech 'Frontier' mini-labs produce images to the highest quality on the finest Fuji genuine photographic paper. So the colours in your prints will not only look better but last much, much longer.


How long will it be before my prints arrive?
All our online reprints are sent to a professional lab who use state of the art Fuji Digital Imaging (FDI) machines, therefore the turnaround time for orders is 4-7 days.

Can you do them any faster?, i need the photos for a present?
If you do need your order before a specific day then please, please let us know when you order them by using the 'Special Instructions' box on the order page, we will then endeavour to help you meet your deadline!


Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, for example "TEST" is not the same as "test". Please be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No. Registering for an account does give you the benefit of lettubg you to save favourites or keep items in your basket to return another day.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.

If you have been granted access to a gallery from one of our studio sessions, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.

What is My Pictures?
My Pictures are galleries that have limited access to them that you have access to.
